FREEDOM


        In 12th of June 1898 the Philippines became independent from the colonist. We are so happy because we can do everything that we don’t do when we’re enslaved by our colonists.

       Celebrating independence day is celebrating our sovereignty. The traumatic experience of the Filipinos had during the colonization was the worst. So we should be proud of what we are and we have now. Imagine what we are now when heroes didn’t have the idea of fighting for our freedom and just let the colonists have their way in reigning over our country. We will live in a delusion that we are free from them. And our country, will just be a part of the history.

        Independence day is a way of gratitude for our heroes. Let’s thank them for raising our flag until the end and giving us our wish for freedom.

This quarter gave me sad and happy, sad 'cause we will now completing this school year and we will leaving each other 'cause we have not the same path that we will taking in, happy 'cause we are now closer to our future to become successful someday. I was able to overcome these challenges through accepting these, that there is no permanent in this world, everything in this world changes. And it is really our time to take another step of our journey but we will be depart from each other. Indeed, Fourth Grading Period is very a tough period I've been faced of that makes me cry.
